He recently took to his social media handle to react to a post shared by none other than Soni Razdan. She shared a picture of herself and her husband Mahesh Bhatt from a cinema hall as they stepped out on a movie date to watch the Atlee starrer.

Soni captioned it, ‘It took @iamsrk and #Jawaan to get the both of us out on a movie date night after I don’t know how many years ! And what a fabulous film – mind is blown is happy @Atlee_dir wow Sir Shah Rukh Khan gets more amazing with each film. Huge congratulations all round’.
SRK replied to the post and wrote, ‘Thank u ma’am!!! My regards to sir as well…. Now I’ll do more movies soon so u guys can go on such dates more often. Ha ha… love u’. Soni too commented on his reply and said, ‘Awww can’t wait love n hugs’.
As soon as the post went viral on social media, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one user wrote, ‘Your decency is pure heart warming(sic)’, another one added, ‘Yes Sir we need more such movie(sic)’. A fan also commented, ‘t rare to see an actor to showcase so many shades of roles. Not all can do that. Enjoyed Pathaan n Jawan even more. I can’t think of any genre of role where you can’t fit. ‘Jawan’ also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. The film also features actors like Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Ridhi Dogra in supporting roles. The makers also roped in Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt in special cameos. It has been doing record-breaking collections at the box office ever since its release.
