She took to Instagram to share a series of pictures featuring her look for the day.However, it was the last picture that caught everyone’s eyeballs. In the picture, Deepika was seen planting a peck on SRK’s cheeks. The superstar can be seen going visibly red and completely floored by Deepika’s love and affection towards him.While Shah Rukh looked dapper in his black-belted suit that he teamed up with a white shirt, Deepika amazed everyone with her elegant look. She wore a white sari with a black sequined border.
However, it was Deepika’s husband Ranveer Singh’s comment that caught the most attention. Quoting a line from the romantic number ‘Chaleya’ in the movie, the actor wrote, “”Ishq Mein Dil Bana Hai Ishq Mein Dil Fanna Hai Hooo000000oooooo.”
During the Jawan event, Deepika shared her working experience with Shah Rukh Khan and how it was special because of the bond they share. She revealed that she was filming for Project K in Hyderabad when SRK and Atlee met her and explained her part in the movie. She stated that the length of her character didn’t matter, but the impact her role was having was enormous.
“When Shah Rukh and I are working together, we are not just co-stars, it’s not formal, there is just a lot of love and that’s what always comes through in our work,” she said.
Before Jawan, SRK and Deepika were seen doing action in the Siddharth Anand directorial Pathaan which went on to become the biggest blockbuster of all time. While SRK has another film Dunki which will release in Christmas, Deepika will be seen in Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor.
