Ji Chang-wook and Wi Ha-jun’s intense character posters from crime thriller ‘The Worst Of Evil’ unveiled!

After announcing ‘The Worst of Evil’ earlier this month, the makers have dropped first character posters from the crime drama, starring Ji Chang-wook, Wi Ha-jun, BIBI and Im Se-mi. The foursome look intense in the posters of this thriller, which is scheduled to release next month.
Ji Chang-wook essays the role of Park Joon-mo, a detective who goes undercover to infiltrate the Gangnam Alliance and win the trust of drug lord Jung Ki-chul, played by Wi Ha-jun.Ji Chang-wook has to take down an illegal drugs trade, which has Wi Ha-jun at the top of things.
Both the powerhouse actors promise a thrilling ride with the engaging narrative of ‘The Worst of Evil’ . ‘The Worst of Evil’ is set in 1990s South Korea and will feature some high-paced action taking place on the streets of Ganganam.
Speaking about Ji Chang-wook, director Han Dong-wook was quoted by Soompi, “I think he may be talked about [in the future] as an actor who showed one of the best acting performances ever in the undercover genre.” BIBI as Hae Ryun, plays a pivotal role in the Chinese drug factory’s distribution.
‘The Worst of Evil’ features Im She-mi as Park Joon-mo’s wife and a narcotics officer. This OTT series is helmed by Dong-wook, who has previously worked on projects like ‘Man In Love’ (2014) and ‘The Unjust’ (2010). ‘The Worst of Evil’ was shot in 2022 and is all set to premiere on OTT on September 27, 2023.
